Answer #1

are you a restles sleeper?

Answer #2

not too sure… i just got a new bed from being on a futon and i stopped for a bit, then i woke up yesterday and today with one. somedays i wake up in the same spot in my bed and others all tangled up in blankets…

Answer #3

You might be moving too much while you are sleep and hitting yourself on the wall or on neaby objects. Try to remove those objects and try to sleep away from things that are around. If you have animals and they climb on you at night that could also be it.

Answer #4

The bruises may be caused by hitting something in your sleep, even if you do not feel it.

Answer #5

I`ve woke up with bruises before , i mean bad bruises. It was from me moving around and hitting my wall and table. I figured it out when bethanie spent the night one night. Try putting some pillows against your wall and see if that helps.

Answer #6

There’s also a possibility that the bruises were already forming before you went to bed. I personally am ridiculously clumsy, and I bruise like a peach. It seems like every morning I wake up with a new bruise that I can’t even remember how it got there.

Answer #7

I say the pillow idea is best. If you still wake up with new bruises, you may want to visit a doctor. There are multiple disorders and diseases that cause easy bruising, and it may be something you want to check out. Then again, you might just be a sleepwalker.

Answer #8

I would contact your doctor my best friend had the same thing and she found out she had a serious condition. May not be your case but def call your doctor just to make sure especially if it’s happening often for no reason. You might even just be anemic and need more iron.
