This should be a question like duh, get an alarm, but I hit the off button in my sleep. I thought that setting up two alarms would solve the problem, but I just end up turning them both off (in my sleep), and sleeping in..
Haha, I had this same problem. I have now resorted to having two alarms - both set to the "snooze" option, every 3 minutes, for 5 times. AND, I have placed them on the other side of my room, and the second one outside of my room. It works, because it means you have to actually get up to turn them off. Plus, sometimes I leave my curtains open, so that in the morning the light will come in - making it easier to motivate myself to get up.
It won't be cold but it won't be poisonous. Put a small glass of orange juice next your bed. When the alarm goes off, kill that mother but drink the OJ. That little bit of healthy sugar should get you going. Personally I prefer coffee.

I close my eyes for a few seconds and then I spring out of bed (literally) and open my eyes really wide. This methods wakes me up every morning :")
Put the alarm on the other side of the room so you have to get up.
