Veggie and fruit weight loss

Hey I was reading the fruit and vegtable weight loss paragragh. About how much fruit veggies did you eat to get the 10 pounds and how long did you do cardio? I need a jump start…thanks shannon

It’s a load of crap.

Eating JUST fruits and vegetables will simply make you lose water weight. You’ll gain it all right back once you eat a carb.

The HEALTHY way to diet is simply limit your portions, and eat lean proteins (for muscle mass) and low carbs, especially the fake/bleached/sugary crap. Doing this plus exercising will give you desired results. Don’t buy into stupid diet fads.
