Something sweet like a little teddy bear or a helium balloon in the shape of a heart or something from thorntons like A heart then your name initials in the middle , or with I love you in the middle :) x

ummm well im only 15 but ya ill try and help:)I know this sounds stupid but I was board so I made him this thing out of clay lol I don’t know and if he would like it get dogtages with urs and his name on them and when you started dating and the other one saying I love you:) or a build a bear saying I love you with your voice thats a good one too id did that for christmas and he liked it:)

get him an autograph from his favorite celebrity like actor, musician or athlete. you can get it signed specifically to him with a special message about valentines day or an inside joke. he will really appreciated the lengths you went to get it for him, but its actually really easy and cheap :)
