vagina question. HELP

Is it possible that my girlfriend could have a abnormal vagina? when I put my finger straight in and upward I can feel a significant sized bump that sticks out…and ik that it is not her g-spot. Is that where her vaginal fluids come out of? It is almost the size of 2 grapes and when I finger her sometimes I can feel her vaginal fluids come out of the grape type thing. I am concerned that this is abnormal…could a girl have a penis inside her vagina do to birth defects or something. Please help me figure this out with some answers.

You know what it could be something as serious as a tumor or some kind of cancer. does it hurt her for you to touch it? you should tell her that she needs to go to the doctor and get a pap smear done. be sure that she tells the doctor about it. things like that really need to be checked out. if it’s something serioue then if you catch it in time it’s a good thing
