What are some things that i can do to help with a uti until i can get some medicine?

I feel like i starting to have a urinary tract infection because i feel like i have to pee every five seconds and when i do nothing but a few drops are coming out. I cant get any azos until tomorrow. Is there anything i can do to help it now.

i’ve had this before….usauly what i do to hold it off until i can get meds is wash up, then use goldbond powder ‘down there’ it really does help alot, it may feel weird at first but it really works!

Lots of water and cranberry juice. And I’m sorry, it sucks and is beyond uncomfortable.

Cranberry juice is the only thing that ever helped me =/ even better cranberry pills and LOTS of water. I am so prone to those there terrible =[

Eat a lot of watermelon - it will help keep your bladder flushing itself out…you’ll have to urinate a lot, but by keeping the bladder somewhat full, you’re preventing the horrible, painful, dry urination that comes with a UTI.

Thanks everyone! Made chris run to the store for bottled water, cranberry juice, and watermelong. Just called my doctor and found out i cant take AZOs anyways, and i had to get antibiotics called in and just deal with the yuckiness. Yay.

i had this thrice.i drank a LOT of water.cranberry juice makes me puke :S but drinking only water helped me recover though it took more time like about a 7-10days.
