Used to be a cutter... and it's happening again

I used to cut my arms, legs, anywhere I could and didn’t think anyone would notice. I haven’t for almost 3 years. A lot has happened though.. lately. And I’m really depressed. I have a 2 year old that no one helps me with, I lost my job, and my relationship with my fiancee is falling apart. I want to cut again so bad…

My fiancee doesnt even know that I used to do it.. and I can’t tell him he won’t care or understand… I just need some advice I guess. I don’t know..

straight up dont do it… is there any way else you can let out the frustration and feelings and all? I hit walls or my punchin bag I don’t think its much better than cuttin but I don’t get yelled at bout it just try and find an outlet…

You havent cut in 3 years. That is a huge accomplishment. You can deal with whatever is going on. It’s just one hour at a time, one day at a time. You will be ok. If your fiance doesnt understand or care, it isnt the end of the world, you will find someone who does. I use to..well not excatly cut my self but I wanted to so bad..I have lots of problems in my life..wish I can tell u…im only 15 and I hate being sad..my friends tell me that theres no point of cutting..or w/e they call being “emo”. I know how you feel..this happened to me 2 years ago…trust me..ask God for help.

I use to cut myself.. What helped from restartin again is promising not to do it again to someone or theyll do a million times deeper.. or I will wear elastics on my wrist and every time im about to cut I will pull them smash it against my wrist.
