okay, so this banner keeps popping up (on funadvice) that says that the last e-mail sent to my account bounced or didn't go through or something like that. so I click on the link to update my info but my e-mail address is the same. I even tried re-entering it, but the message still comes up and says that the e-mail didn't go through. (I have a hotmail account) is there some type of spam blocker that's blocking the e-mails? or...what could be some reasons why it's not going through?
Ok, the problem is this: hotmail sometimes blocks our emails that get sent you know, when you have a new answer, somebody rates your picture, etc.
Update your account to stop getting emails & the notice goes away because we won't send you any: http://www.funadvice.com/my/account
OR you can add @funadvice.com to your hotmail safe sender list & that will solve the problem as well if you want to get the alerts from our site.
well, it hasn't sent me anything since...checks e-mail december 3. and just yesterday and today it started saying that the e-mail bounced. and it still won't send me anything...but if it's just e-mails for when something is updated then I guess it's not that big a deal.
thanks!
Thats what it says about mine aswell, so I type it in and it works for about 5-10 comments I send...I've just learnt to ignore it because I think its only if you want to be updated when the subject you've commented gets updated...so id ignore it...if it wont stop...
Thanks!
