Lol, make sure any of “IMVU” windows are closed and logged out if you made an acct. Then go to Control Panel, “Add or Remove Programs”, and try to uninstall it again. See if it works.
Go to your control panel, open programs and features and delete it from there.

The clicks you need to do are:
start all programs imvu uninstall
Probably best to restart your PC after the uninstall is complete.
