Unequal breasts, is it normal?

When my breast sarted growing, it was in such a way as left one is bigger than other. Is it normal? How can I overcome this problem?

Answer #1

its normal…but if you feel a bit concern, which I can’t say that I blame you..check into it with your doctor, so your concerns, would be calmed.

Yes very normal! Some people get to the extent that one breast is over 2 cups bigger than the other. If you get really worried by it there are a few things you can do but they are all very expensive. Sugery is obviously one and also some breast enlargement pills also do it or you could get inserts to put in to make them appear equal. Sometimes they will grow even but most of the time everyone will have one breast bigger than the other even if it’s only slightly.

I know how you feel. I have the exact same thing. It is so bad that when I was in school I got picked on constantly about it. My nickname from kids in school was lefty. I used to put inserts in my bra to try and make it look even, most of the time it didn’t work. I am 37 now and still have it. You may grow even you may not. I have asked doctors about it and they all say it’s normal. Like I said you can try to use inserts in your bra. I used to take the shoulder pads you find on clothes and sew them together. I hoped this has helped.

Answer #5

I have to disagree with all you people who say it is normal…I spent my teenage years in complete hiding and with no self confidence and my mother who knew the extent of my problem did absolutely nothing about it… I was 27 before a friend read an article in a magazine where a woman had gone to see her doctor and had been referred for bi-lateral breast augmentation on the NHS. I also had the operation and the effect it had on my self confidence was incredible. The only thing I will say is that 16 years later I now have an almost similar problem as two babies, breastfeeding, weight gain and loss have taken their toll on my natural breast and I am now back at the doctors awaiting a decision for funding to have the op re done. So if you have this problem go and see your gp make sure you see a woman because there is no way a man will even begin to understand…

Answer #6

yea mine is like that but my mummy says it will eventually become equal.

Answer #7

when I was younger I had this problem aswel. dont worry they will both grow to the same eventually, mine have =]

Answer #8

it is completely normal and its actually a very common problem mny girls are born with one slightly bigger/smaller then the other one becasue hardly anything on our bodys is symetrical if its a difference that you can notice then you could put a chicken fillet or padding in your bra for the smaller boob to make them look the same

Answer #9

try accupuncture or accupressure…it may work!!! browse thru net and try and find a treatment nearby.
