Would an ulcer affect your period?
I’ve been feeling really bad lately. I thought they were pregnancy symptoms, but negative tests. Somebody mentioned I could have an ulcer, so I looked it up and kind of have the symptoms of one. Anyway, I’m going to the doctor, and getting a blood test for pregnancy, and getting checked for an ulcer. But could an ulcer prevent you from getting a period?
Possibly. I cant say for certain but I would think anything that would act as a stressor to your body could potentially affect your period.
I’ve had ulcers my whole life and they’ve never effected my period, I think it’s a really good idea you go get in and get checked out though cause something is off if your having these symptoms with a negative test.
Yeah, I switched Health insurance, so it’s taking forever to get an appointment, but I’m doing it lol
no, it wouldn’t affect your period. it wouldn’t affect your hormone levels.
