how can I loose weight in a healthy way for my quincenera on december 27?

forget about those gimmicks and amazing miraculous fat burning pills…if you want a good body you have to work hard for it.

heres a sample of what you could do then change as suits…

workout every other day 3 days a week, with Cardio on an empty stomach in your rest days, you can start with 20 minutes then go up to 60 when you get used to it, by Cardio I mean jogging outside, on treadmill with 1.2 incline or if you have those fancy ones use “Fat Burning” mode, or stationary bike.

as for weight training I would first of all head down to the nearest gym and get a schedule sorted out with the fitness trainer.

Diet wise

VERY IMPORTANT stick to FIVE/SIX small/medium meals a day to speed up your metabolism and burn the fat, as the person above commented, one meal or three is not enough as your body will automatically react as if you are not having enough food and so will store all the excess food as fat…if you keep giving your body energy from food it wont have to store it as fat!!

STAY AWAY FROM CARBS or try have them in the morning at least, that means no pizzas, pastas for dinner…I know its going to be hard but for now until you start working your body really hard to create the calorie deficit you need to cut this down..

CREATE A CALORIE DEFICIT DIET: so if your supposed to eat 2000 calories a day eat 1500

Try to stick with this and you should be alright!!

Also try to hang out with people with the body that your aiming for, learn of their habits, diets etc…Dont get tips from the potbellyed guy about your diet!! and im sorry but don’t listen to women on how to get a good body for a man!

If your looking for Abs, doing crunches all the time will not work until you start burning the fat that’s covering it!!

eat lots of vegetables, fruit, chicken and fish. Eat lots of green vegetables, they’re the best.

Stay away from foods high in sugar or fat, especially soda. If you can’t stand being away from chocolate, eat a small chocolate chip cookie but nothing you can’t stop eating. If you’re a snacker, make sure you don’t pick up those dorritos or chocolate bar, pick up a peach or some wheat thin crackers.

and eat as much as you’d like! just make sure the foods you are eating aren’t fattening.

Exercise about 30 minutes to an hour every day. When you exercise, do a workout you love doing, then you never want to stop! Don’t exercise over the limit though.

And whenever you feel a sharp pain of hunger, drink a glass of water, that pain will shortly go away.

and don’t starve yourself! Believe it or not, When you starve yourself, your body turns into a fat storing machine.

and drink LOTS, and LOTS of water! =)

stick to 3 stuctured HEALTHY meals everyday. and drink a cup of water before you sit down to eat. try not to snack, especialy when your bored and on the couch or something. Also get exercise.. if you dont have a gym membership, just go outside and run up and down your block and do cruntches in your room. but just remember to eat well.. DONT STARVE YOURSELF THOUGH! good luck hun
