Tummy Trouble

How do I loose weight easy or at least have a toned tummy. I dont wear nice tops because I hate my belly showing and I dont feel comfortable getting a boyfriend because I think that they will hate the way I look. Can someone tell me what a good way is to lose weight or get a toned stomach?? Please help me xx

Sit ups dont do anything to give you a flat stomach. If your stomach is already flat and you want it to be toned then you should do sit ups, however if it is not flat then loosing weight will sort out the problem. Eat healthy foods, cut down on sugar and fats, especially saturated and trans fats, and get an hour of cardiovascular exercise at least three times a week. This should help. Good luck!

Don’t be worried about weight or looking funny just have fun while you can. If your that bothered about it sit ups are a good thing to do.
