trying to get prego.. Please help!!!

Im on my first day of my period, its very light and usually last about 4 days at the most. Were trying to have a baby, im irregular when it comes to my periods. No medical issues though, dont smoke nor drink, and healthy. When would be the best time to have sex to conseive a child?? any help would be nice. We dont have any issues in the sex department, thats one thing we do a lot of, lol. he smokes, he does wear loose shorts so the boys can breath. I think that is enough info for some much needed help I tried to do that chart stuff, just got to hard to keep up with.

his smoking could be an issue…been to a doc to get his sperm-count evaluated? and lots of sex is not the way to go, the more he nuts, the less concentrated the semen is, theefore less sperm. Take a few days break in between..and there’s the ovulation tests, at like walmart and other stores, they keep them in the section where the pregnancy test is, they tell youwhen you are ovulating, tat’s whenyou wanna let him put it on you after a few days rest so there’ll be lots of little swimmers…
