Music can make us feel lots of different ways. It can relax, excite, make us happy, sad, anxious, or reflective. Certainly not all classical music is relaxing. I don't find Lizst's Les Preludes, Greig Piano Concerto in A Minor, Tchaikovsky's 1812 overture, or similar pieces relaxing.
Ask the farmers who use it on their cows to produce more milk or a chicken farmer in egg production...Even animals relate to it. Seriously, most meditational music is comprised from classical music form.
. Get yourself as stressed as you can and then listen to this. Then try arguing that classical music doesn't relieve stress. .
