How do I treat itchy eyes caused by glaucoma?

I have glaucoma which is stable now, I’ve had ithcy eyes for years, how do I treat them please? Any suggestions?

Answer #1

Try using visine or another type of over the counter eye drops to help relieve the irritation and itching. If that doesnt help, contact your doctor for a prescription eye drops that will work better for your condition. Also be sure to go easy on the eyemakeup since it will cause irritation as well.

Okay. Yeah, lol about the make up, it actually irritates it more, I’ve had to stop wearing mascara unless its really important. Thank you!

Answer #3

im not sure if it is legal in your area, but medicinal Marijuana has been used for hundreds of years to help with eye pain in particular. you may want to consider asking your doctor about it.
