I got my ticket 2 yers ago for driving without a license and got my permit the next day so my lawyer fought the ticket and i had a total of 700 to pay in vegas.. i paid 300 and then lost my job and my payment plan expired in march 2010 so 3 months ago and now i wanna pay the rest of the money i owe will i be charged or jailed?
Call and ask about it. I’m sure they will take the money without any penalties, and most certainly aren’t going to put you in jail, since you’re trying to pay it. Only if you got stopped for something else, and had a warrent would you go to jail.
