I have a cell phone on the way, and I have the carrier name and the tracking ID... but how can I track the shipment?
Hmm.. Then there is either a problem with the tracking, or something has happened with the order. I suggest you contact either/both the shipping/tracking company and/or the company that you bought the phone from.
The tracking ID is given by the company which is shipping the item. So to track it you generally have to go onto the shipping company's website and enter the ID somewhere..
I entered the ID on the shipping company's website, but it said " There is no record of this item."...?
Hmm... When did you order the phone?
I believe it was 4 days ago...
