Oh geeze. I do track. My first day, we ran a mile. it may not seem líke much but if you’re not in shape, it’s tough. I am exactly like u, I have small legs and body and am 5 4 and the first couple weeks will be tough unless you starttrying to run at least a mile every day, noskipping out. also, lift weights with your legs. you know the ones im talking about? and eat really healthy. also, get abs! it helps trust me. Funmail me for more information, I have all track answers!

Well, I don’t have a lot of expertise in the area of track, but I guess the main thing is to work hard. I know it sounds cliché, but coaches, in any sport, take notice of people who have heart, desire, and a strong work ethic. Make sure you’re plenty hydrated, water is important, as is Gatorade for replenishing your electrolytes. Try not to eat right before you go, as you will probably get cramps, and make sure to stretch well. I don’t know if you lift weights or go to a gym, but if you do, exercises such as lunges will build strength in your legs, and squats are perfect for adding mass to your legs. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help. Best of luck!
