Too skinny

Most peeopl are da oposite to me because everyone wants to lose weight but I neeed to put on weight but no mater how much I eat I only ever gain about 1 lb, also im very active so I lose weight very fast after I’ve eaten!:)

I dealt with the same thing I weighed 85 pounds going into 10th grade. I was a very intense dancer and still am. My dance teacher told me to eat oatmeal and a lot of oatmeals its good for you and it will put on weight in the right way.

well its probably how your made. if you have a high matobolism, thats what will happen. now if your “too skinny” you dont eat enough. I think your just fine and there is nothing wrong with having a small body

I’m the same way, I can eat al day…and believe me I do because food is sooo great, I’ve had a kid, and I still only weight bout 90lbs. I’m also 22 and 5’1. It’s just how your built. Yeah, sometimes I hate it, but my boyfriend made a good point. I’m not making myself throw up, I’m healthy as can be, and I’m not losin the weight. So if your healthy and all that, you don’t need to gain anything. I went to many doctors to try to ain weight, and they looked at me like I was crazy, because I was healthy. So deal with the sexc skinny bodies most woman want. You have it honey, show it off. But not too much, lol.
