How can i get toned really easy without working so hard?
yea… u can.. you just need to run 30 mins a day. eat healthy do cruchess if u want abs muscle. just run ur ass out.. like 30-45 a day. then go up from there
lol, dude, the average mile is like… 10 min… just sayin
a mile doesnt do anything to u. burn like what? 70 calories? might as weel be a kangaroo and jump up and down all day long… u dont need to run at all.
well yeah but if i had to run for 3 miles every day id die =P lol, until i got used to it. which would take a LONG while. which means it’s not an easy. which means its working hard. WHICH means ur answer is… well, not the right answer for this question =)
she ask easy… to me taht is easy. how do u know 30 mins is too much for her?? Maybe for u taht is toguht but for her is ok….. everage girl want to stay in shape they need to run ast leaset 2-3 miles a day. 30 mins is like roughly 2 miles. for her first timer since she will be slow joggin and sometime resting. Notin is easy… especially when it come to fitness.
If u want easy work out then sit home and eat celery… all day long… U wont bring in any calorie yet u loose calorie off from eating it.

well 30 mins run is pretty easy. but it is not easy like sitting couch and watch MTV, or laying on the ground and play game. It require hard work. Unless her question mean “ is there a work out easy as watching tv that would help me get tone fast” she would get tons of slap in the face by now

There really is no way for it to be easy you gotta work hard that’s the only way you will get results if you take it easy the. You won’t really he doing anything you should be doing a combination of weight lifting and cardio
Really it ain’t gonna be easy as just running 30 minutes a day running 30 minutes a day is more of maintaining the healthy body you have doing 60 mins of cardio a bit of weight lifting( it’s okay for girls to lift) but you need to have high intensity in all workouts in order for you to see results, also you need to have a better diet you gotta changes Many things you do to be fit that’s why it will never be easy
