Tone by 18. PLEASE HELP

I want to be tone, and fit by the time I turn 18. I’ll be 18 on June 2nd ‘09. I weigh 116. I need to tone up my arms, legs, butt, abs. I want to get rid of my ‘love handles.’ I also want skinnier ankles, but I dont know how to.. Any tips, or a work-out plan? Thanks!

I weigh the same, my big problem is my thigh fat, so I watch tv and get on the tredmill for 30mins everyday, it seems to be working with my abs and arms.

Walk a lot. Do ten push ups every day and do six sit up every day
Then move up 1 every week
