If it is skin and you lost weight it may not tighten back up. If its a pouch you can try pilates or yoga. Skin has a stretch to it like a rubber band once you over stretch the skin it doesn't come back. If it is a lot of skin you may need to look into cosmetic surgery like my friend shane he lost 250 pounds and has to get excess skin removed
google or youtube up some exercises to strengthen and tighten core muscles!! I know a bunch of exercises but don't know how to describe them :P do you know what planks are? do 5 sets and increase 30 seconds for each, leaving a 15 second break in between sets. do this 3 times a day - best work out to tighten the tummy :)
Do sit-ups, pull-ups, and weights combined with running or swimming and you'll build muscle and loose fat.
