tips on gettin a child to talk

I have 3 kids 5yrs, 3yrs and one of 18 months, and my youngest one doesnt talk he says 3or 4 words but that is it and they are said with a D, eg, car = dar, that = dhat, I know they say when children have older siblings they talk for them but its not th case for me, could it be he has a set routine so he doesnt need to ask for anythink as he knows wot and when he gets certain things? how can I help him?

Please make time. the best way is to read to them. Engage them in conversation. the youngest is probably overwhelmed because the older ones make all the “noise”. make time for the youngest, just you and he/she
