If your wanting to use it to whiten you teeth, which I am suspecting you are: Wet your toothbrush with some water and dip it into baking soda. All of the bristles should be covered so that your toothbrush is white. BRUSH YOUR TEETH FOR 2 MINUTES FOR 2 TIMES A DAY. Spit out the baking soda and rinse your mouth clean with water(You dont want baking soda in your mouth for a long period of time). Using mouthwash after can help to get rid of the bad taste of the baking soda.
No thanks, reading it on Wikihow isn't going to change my opinion. The reason it won't let you put links is because you haven't earned your privileges yet. Also, for answer in the future, if you are going to copy and paste from another site...please cite your source. Otherwise, it's plagiarism, which is considered stealing.
DO NOT DO IT FOR MORE THAN A COUPLE TIMES A WEEK!!
u wont see much of a difference if u do it more and it wears down ur the enamel till ur teeth r eventually gone. trust me dont take a chance and loose ur teeth its not worth it. i do it a couple times a month personally.
Really, for whitening purposes, no more than a few times a week is needed - baking soda is an abrasive and can actually damage your teeth if used too often.
go to wikihow.com and look up How to Whiten Teeth With Baking Soda. It will give you these directions. It won't let me put the link in for some reason...
Wihihow should not be used as a reliable source of information - any person can create a tutorial for that site and it doesn't have to be accurate
What is the goal here, I don't use any baking soda, but I guess if you did it to much you could sand the enamel off your teeth.
Okay...So, you copy and pasted your answer from another website...I still don't agree with it.
Once a day at night time is what my grandpa did. Doing it once should be fine.
Okay. Thank you so much for your help & information!!
Two times a day...? That would kill your teeth! :/
