Like for example, if a cop had stopped someone already and u take a red ligtht or u change lane wothout signaling, something nor that big, and he goes after u after dealing with the other guy, but u are already parked about to go in ur house, can u still get a ticket? jus a question it might sound dumb but just wondering.
You certainly can in the United Kingdom including: . (a) parking tickets ( for illegal parking) after you have parked and left the car; . (b) speeding tickets - on the basis of photographic or "radar gun" evidence; . (c) failure to display current "road tax" licence; . (d) failure to have current MOT (road-worthiness) certificate; . (e) failure to have valid motor vehicle insurance; . Furthermore, if your have not got a current road tax licence and/or valid insurance, you can be prosecuted - even if your motor vehicle is garaged within your own privately owned land and it has not ever been in use on a public road unless it had (at the time of use), all its legal documents up to date) ..... if you fail to make a so called "statutory off road notification" (SORN) to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA)
Best wishes - Majikthise. .
Yes you can, here anyways, if the officer observed you doing something, followed you and witnessed you getting out of the drivers side of the car.
i mean kuz u know how they are, if they say something its that, u cant really fight over it because its ur word against theres. that just sucks!
yes i just learned about this in my government class and we were told they can as long as they witnessed the crime
i dont think so unless he can like prove beyond a doubt that tyou did that
The law is fair, your innocent until proven guilty.
I heard that you can't, but i wouldnt test it out.
