2 Slices of Meat (3 oz.) 1 c String Beans 1 c Beets 1 Small Apple 1 c Vanilla Ice Cream
Day 2 1 Egg 1/2 Banana 1 Slice of Toast Black Coffee or Tea
1 c Cottage Cheese 1/2 Banana
2 Hot-Dogs 1 c Broccoli 1/2 c Carrots 1/2 Banana 1/2 c Vanilla Ice Cream
Day 3 5 Saltine Crackers 1 Slice Cheddar Cheese 1 Small Apple Black Coffee or Tea
1 Hard Boiled Egg 1 Slice of Toast
1 c Tuna, 1 Cup 1 c Beets, 1 c Cauliflower 1/2 Cantaloupe 1/2 c Vanilla Ice Cream
You go to McDonald's on the fourth day...that diet seems kind of unusual, it never mentions WATER, I'd replace the tea or coffee with glasses of water. And to be completely honest, any sort of diet should really have six small meals each day, to raise your metabolism...which is the key in burning fat. Expend more calories than you intake, eat fresh vegetables, avoid fatty high sugar foods, grill rather than fry - steam rather than boil, avoid high sugar fruits I.e. Bananas, drink lots of water, daily exercise for 20-30mins, etc...that kind of thing.

This plan it is to be used for 3 days at a time. If you follow it correctly you can lose up to 10 lbs. in 3 days . After 3 days of dieting, resume eating normally for four to five days, do not overeat. You can start back if you like.
You can add herbs, salt, pepper, lemon, vinegar, Worcestershire, soy sauce, mustard & ketchup to your foods. Drink 4 glass of water or diet soda or any diet drink without sugar or use only diet sugar
