Me and my wife where wanting to check out our credit score, and this was a company we have used a few years ago to do this. When you sign up with it as long as you cancel within 7 days it is free. Well we signed up and not even 7 hours later 2 charges showed up on our account for $31.82, I can tell you this put me into a uproar. Well now after spending a hour on the phone and them telling me this was not refundable, two phone calls I did manage to get both accounts refunded. I would not recommend this pain to anyone, and feel their service is misleading at best.
Well I can say I am never going to use them again, and after looking over the web I see they have done this to other people as well. I was posting this to help people do more research before using a company like this.
Well, although I haven't had any personal experience with this company, based on your story... I would say they are a fraudulent company. That is, IF this wasn't just an honest mistake.

I thought about trying freecreditscore.com but when the wanted a CC I said the hell with it. I don't trust anything "free" that wants my CC in advance...
no because there are commercials and if somebody said it was fraud they(the creaters) would be in huge trouble
