thigh toning band?

what is a thigh toning band? does it really work? and where do you get it? how much is it…?wow a lot of questions..just a splurge of the moment type q lol thnx :)

A thigh toning band (aka sculpting band) adds resistance to scuplt your abs, inner thighs, and upper body to get a shapely physique. improves your strength and range of motion, too. I love it for lower body sculpting. I order C.Extreme (workout video series) and it came with the band. I think you can probably get it at wal-mart. Mine came from BB and their cost is $9.00 plus tax and shipping.

It’s a pice of excersice equipment that you place in between your thighs and you squeeze your thighs together while it’s in place. It creates a resistance so it is supposed to help you build muscle. If your looking to loose weight in that area - that may not be the best thing to purchase since you would be building muscle and your legs would most likely stay the same size.
