What is the best excerise to tone and firm my inner thighs
i do band exercises. and also i have this thing that you put between you legs and you squeeze, i duno what theyre called but it works really well and also if you sit at a 90degree angle to the wall so its like your sitting in a chair...but not and stay in that position as long as you can. that will do it if youre consistant and do them everyday fer like 2weeks depending on how toned you wanna get
