I was wondering what some good excersizes are to lose fat in my inner things. They are gross. Thanks!!
This is easy to address. Mix cardio workout - cycling and running are excellent fat burners for your legs with some toning exercises to tighten and tone your legs. theinujn is right. You cannot get rid of fat in one specific area. Do all the lunges you want but you will just have muscle covered by the fat. In order to lose fat you have to do a cardio workout at least 3 times a week, preferable more. The fat will eventually leave but in all areas, not just one.
Apperently lunges are good at toning the thighs. If you do about 3 sets of 10-15 everday it should make a decent amount of difference. Or you could try cycling everyday for a decent amount of time, this also tones your butt well! Hope this helped x
I don't know how many times I've said it but you cannot pin point fat loss...
Fat is a overall thing. You will lose it evenly over your entire body.
You can "tighten" an area but that is only for so much. Afterthat, it is all losing fat.
