Okay, I found the slip of paper but what do I do with it? I went back and checked the bulletin board and it still says the same thing. I really want to get out of this level. Oh, and what about Dr. Keyes? Where can I find him? Being only in Urbania and SimQuarter is really getting boring. Thanx for helping.

I am getting this off the site but supposedly Dr. Mauricio Keyes is Mokey (I don’t know the correct spelling). Talk to Mokey and he’ll say he wants a shower. Go to the Jail and he’ll be there waiting. He will take a shower and turn into Dr. Keyes.
As for the piece of paper, it’s complicated. They talk about having to finish 3.3, as I said earlier I don’t play this game. However, I do urge you to go the site and read their walkthrough. It may be a couple pages long but a quick way to find a certain level or item is by clicking “edit” on the top of the window box and selecting “find”. Type the name of what youâre looking for and it will automatically search the document for that word. It will definitely cut down on your reading. Good luck!
I had the same problem, if you have guarded the cemetery and you have the note that says “Having this note is like having a FEATHER IN A HAT”, give that to Berkeley Clodd.
