The maturity of college students
I do not know if this is true for every college, but the students at the university that I attend are kind of immature. Why are college students so immature? I would think that they would act more adult considering college is one of the first steps of an adult life for the majority of people.
it depends on who you are talking about… I’m in college and I see the whole spectrum of maturity levels, its really an unfair generalization to catogorize them all as immature… but to be fair, most kids don’t get out of their houses til college, so the first chance @ freedom is essentially a huge chaotic period that generally only lasts for a short period.
College is also a time to experiment. It’s an learning institution and going wild or being stupid is part of learning. While it may not be your idea of fun it is to others. You seem to have a lot of negitive things to say nigil. Relax a bit and hve some fun yourself. As Hunter “Patch” Adams would say “I forget how young you are, you’re still at that age where you think you have to be a prick to get anything done!!!” Not that your a prick.
Most colleges are like that, and since.. most people are in their teens they still haven’t really hit the time when they should act mature and take responsibility in life
