what does everyone think about the tattoo on the wrist issue?

Me and my sis are thinking about getting a tattoo of matching ladybugs and we are trying to figure out where to put them. I was thinking about getting it done on the inside of my right wrist but am scared it will hurt too much, once it’s started. I have a shooting star on my left ankle, which didn’t hurt at all. I also have a tribal butterfly with tribal flames on the small of my back, which seriously hurt! I know it all depends on my pain tolerance, which I think is pretty high. But what does everyone think about the tattoo on the wrist issue? Is it trashy or cute or what? Let me know. Thx

A small vine bracelet around the ankle with ladybugs on a leaf, here and there - yours on the right one, hers the same but on the left ankle :-)

Sweetpea:

Tattoos are VERY safe when they done by a professional. There is ho harm in getting one - please do not spread false information.

You obviously know nothing of a tattoo shop of how it works - I worked in one for 2 years - they used brand new ink and tattoos. They HAVE to.

Answer #3

I actually have a tattoo on my wrist, and I work as an administrative assistant. It has not prevented me from getting a professional job ever. You cover it up easily with a watch..

Answer #4

sweetpea0921 shops do not use the sam ink and your false information is proof that you know nothing about shops. there is no harm in having a done and I think if you want one then you should go for it!

Answer #5

sweetpea0921 clearly you dont know anyhting about profesional tattooing

  1. its needle not “neattal” if you want to sound intelligent at least spell needle with more than two correct letters
  2. they dont re-use the same ink, they put it in a very small plastic cup when they need more ink, theyll refill the little cups there using on you when there done, they throw them out
  3. maybe you should actually go to a tattoo shop and have a look at how everything works
Answer #6

you really shouldnt get a tatto…they arent safe at all…ok think about this… you know that they use different neattals but is it guaranteed that they use new ink??? Well its not…For example If they stick the neattal in me then back in the ink and I have aids you have aids also now because how do you know they are using different inks???

Answer #7

If you want to get a professional job in the future - get it somewhere you can hide it. Not the wrist.

I have tattoos all over me - my hands included. There are TONS of places that turned me down for jobs because of them.

I’d say, ankle, hip, lower back, shoulder, etc.
