I cannot see a reason why not. Whether the resulting colour will remain as a permanent feature within your tattoo is debatable.
I have seen tattoos fade over time, reducing the 'wow' factor. Maybe to retain the colours for a longer period, it would be wiser not to blend too much.
I have a guitar tattoo and there's some gray shading, unless maybe it's a really light black, that I want to be grey and blue. =] The rest of the tattoo with stay black and grey with maybe some white here and there added too. It's too plain and needs a touch up anyway. :D
I should think that would probably be the case. They might be able to add to the grey you have, if would be worth checking out.
Does your tattoo see the light of day, I ask because there is less chance of fading if it is not permanently exposed.
No, I mean, like, not blend, blend, but put them together without completely mixing them. I have grey shading and I want blue and grey shading to give it a little color since it's just black and grey and I have to get it touched up anyways.
@Allie- It's on my inner bicep, but a little piece shows sometimes because I always wear short sleeves, but I put lotion on it hoping that does some kind of protecting. @Cassie- Thanks. Aha.
Ohhhhh, hurp. I understand what you mean now. Disregard my answer, I would probably ask when I went to get it touched up. Which is the least helpful answer. But good luck with it!
I want some blue in the grey shading I aready have so they'd probably have to take new grey and blue and blend it over the existing grey. The sounds like it'll fade. =/
Yeah, if I we are thinking the same thing, my dad has tattoos everywhere. I am pretty sure he would try whatever your talking about ;].
I don't see why not, they have to get all their colours somehow, don't they? Wouldn't a lot of colours already be mixed?
Yes they can.
