tatoos & peircing

does anyone know how old you have to be to get a tatoo? also I want my belly button peirsed but my mum sed she would not come with me because she can’t stand that kinda thing, how old 4 that 2?

well you have to be 18.

but with parental consent (if your parent says okay and comes) then you can be 15. and some places will just go ahead and do it if your 13 WITH parental consent.

and some places will just go ahead and do it if your like 12 or soemthing.

it depends on the person that gets it done, some proffesionals are sticklers though. :P

im from texas and to get a tattoo you have to be 18 to get a piercing you have to be 16 but your parent has to sign some type of paper

It matters where you stay, because where I stay you have to have a parent and your age does not matter. But when I went to NY they said that I had to be 18. So it matters the law in that state. b& I don’t know about the tattos .

I have 4 tattos and 10 peircings and you have to be 18 in ohio to get a tatto and you belly peirced unless you have parent concent letting you know know my one on my foot hert like hell but on my stomach it didnt hert that bad and niether did my back becides when it wraped around my side I am 18 now so I just had to sign a paper sayin I know how to take care of it and I can sue them but before I was18 my parents had to sign off on it

in the uk its 18 for tattoos and 16 for piercings. if you were younger some places would do it but you would need parental consent so you cant get one done- thats unless you look 16, but even if you did they’d proberly ask for ID

well you have to be 18 for tatto and i have noidea for prircing couse i was 26 when i got my touge done
