gotta have your parent or guardian but depending on where you go you can always have your friends mom sign for it that’s how I got my first tattoo at 17

I got mine done when I was 14, though my mom was there. I had to bring ID, birth certificate. My mom had to sign like 2 full papers. I would just wait a year, or convince your mom/dad to let you get it done. It’s really not that bad.

you should be abe to get it done at your age some places will pierce you t 16 if you need to be 18 or have parental consent though NO, a friend will not do you need a parent with I.d so they can consent, show there I.d and sign a form there not going to beleive for one second that an 18 year old person has a 17 year old child so you need to bring a parent with you who has I.d so they have proof that your their child
