Should tanning be illegal if you're under the age of 18?

We already know that tanning isn’t all that healthy for us, but we still want that total, golden, maximum tan, right? Yup! Well, who should be held responsible when skin cancer comes around?

You do, or the pearson who decides to do it. It’s your choice, your body, your consequences. As long as girls or guys under 18 want to get a tan, and they know the risk that come along with that, then why not? Their choice.

I think that tanning should not be allowed for anyone under the age of 18. I think that adults should only be allowed to do this, and that they should be the ones accountable for their own actions.

They are aware of the risk but do they REALLY understand it? Especially at 14, for example.

No, I don’t think tanning should be illegal if you’re under 18. That’s just dumb, in my opinion. If the teens know the risks, then they should be allowed to tan if they want.

Yes, but do you gain anymore insight when you turn 18? I mean, there are ppl who are dumb at 14 and no smarter at 18. And there are ppl who understand what they do at 14 and are still smart at 18.
