I want to become a redcoat in the future_ This is a butlins entertainer good with kids.
I have been told to take drama and childcare But im not sure what im in for??
Has anyone taken drama or childcare and know what its like ? pls x(soz its long)
I haven't taken drama (but I'm going to). Here's what I've been told:
you don't have to be able to act, you can do set designing, lighting or technical stuff. after the performance the examinor asks you what you did and why.
also it's easy. loads of practice and small exams all leads to one big final performance, it's marked out of 50. 40+ is an A 45+ is an A. the final exam is in front of your parents, plus 3 examiners, apparently pull it off well and it's easy to get an A!!!
(I'm guessing you're in England, because I don't think they have butlins in America?)
I am in year 11 and I am doing drama and Early Childhood Education.
Drama, you always have to do your homework, no matter what. You don't have to be good at acting for that but you do a lot of acting & writing. It's really fun =]
Early Chilldhood is pretty laidback, just keep your book up to date & you should be fine.
I've taken child care and its fairly easy if you keep up to date with your work Havent taken drama but my friend has and she seems to enjoy it
Hoped this helped :)
