Sore throat, fever, bad headache, nausea and sometimes vomiting. If you have a flashlight look in the back of the throat with the flashlight and say “aaaahhhh” you are looking for redness but specially these gross looking areas of white discharge at where your tonsils are or in the back of your throat.
