if so how?
Start simple first with Detergent, on the market today there are some tough protein stain detergents. If not then option #2 Solar Powered Stain Removal. There's also Hydrogen Peroxide, with white fabrics, this is one of the best possible solutions for perspiration stain removal!!! For colored colors you can use Vinegar and water. And also Cream of Tartar and Aspirin ( make a paste to scrub in with your old toothbrush. The paste is formed with 1 tablespoon of cream of tartar, 3 crushed asprins (full strength, ensure that thery're white and have no colored coating), and a cup of water)
i would say wash it in warm water with bleach. if that doesnt work then i dont think there is a way. but to avoid it... everytime u wash ur whites use bleach... only with clothes that are all white. no color

Sweat is from natural body oils ... what removes body oils? Shampoo. Give it a squirt, and a scrub, then let it soak in for a bit.
