Does anyone here know if the survey websites actually work and actually pay you?

Answer #1

They dont work, they are scams that promise you money, after you pay them a small fee. In other words - you give them money and they give you nothing.

Answer #2

Answer #4

But what about the free websites? I mean I took a couple and it didn’t tell me or anything to pay a fee.

Answer #5

They still dont pay you money, if it was that easy everyone would be doing it and making money doll.

Here’s how survey sites work. They send you about 5 surveys a week and you spend 10 minutes going through the survey before you find out that you don’t qualify for that particular survey. If you do qualify for a survey (maybe 1 in every 100 they send you), they pay you roughly 1 - 5 cents. To receive the money you earned, you usually need to earn a minimum of $50 before they pay out. It can take you an entire year before you come even close to a pay out and some of them actually require you to purchase a subscription to another site before you can complete the survey.

actually cashcrate.com works ive had a few hundred american $ off of them in the past. and i promise you their 100% legit

Answer #8

I actually do surveys with Pinecone Research. I was worried that I wouldn’t get paid because there are tons of scams out there, but this is the only legit, good one I’ve found.

Payment wise, I get paid $5 a survey. They send payment in either check or paypal right after each survey, whichever you prefer. I prefer paypal because it’s faster. Survey wise, you get about 1-2 surveys a month, depending on how you qualify.

I’ve made roughly.. $50 so far there. It’s not tons of money, I suppose, but it’s a little extra change for online shopping! :)

Answer #9

The only word that really describes that type of “job” is SCAM. They don’t work, they are full of shiz and they are a waste of time. You’re better off getting an actual job that pays hourly.

Answer #10

they rarely do, compared to the ones that actually do, theres probably over 1000 that dont. a lot of them are scams that want your details so they can actually get YOUR money. otherwise some do, not often will they pay you in cash though, a lot of the times its with gift cards or you do so many surveys to add up points that are put towards a gift card. im currently with over 10 different survey sites and most of them just send me crap like “fill in this survey to get 7,600 points” but in reality the points dont really do anything, they usuallay can just be used to enter “prize draws” for money or to be put towards somehing small that will cost over 100,000 points. theres only one site (that wont work outside australia) were they occasionally offer $5-$10 coles/myer gift cards which is nice, ive gotten about 7 so far from them
