Why is it so damn hard to make legit money with a felony?

Why is it so damn hard to make legit money with a felony??? Its almost as if they want us to go back to making fast money so that they can just throw us in prison again!!!

This is a very good question that affects millions of americans including myself. since most states do not allow felons to vote it is going to take a lot of work to get something done. you need to first get your right to vote back. NAACP has done a lot of this work for us. check them out and look for voting rights. we also need to get a web site or association were all felons can get together in numbers that is how you get things changed in law. there is a big difference in felonies and I believe a drug charge should not keep anyone from getting a job but it does. it is important that we work together. felons unite.

I have seen so many people ask this question on here, that it really does seem quite unfair. How are you supposed to have a fighting chance to get your life back?

Anyway, here’s the advice I have for finding a job:

To find companies hiring felons in your area, go to http://www.governmentjobs.com and find your local employment office.

They should be able to put you on the right track to finding a job. I’ve also heard that United Way and the Salvation Army will employ those with felony records.
