How do banks make money?
so I was just wondering this. How do banks make money? Is it through interests or something else?
The interest on the loans is part of it, the banks also invest the money you put in, and I’m sure they get returns on that too…
I think it was by people depositing money the bank uses it for different stuff (not sure what exactly), these ‘investments’ make money for the bank and it is returned to you by interests and so the bank stays alive BECAUSE you put money into it
