Like any injury, it has to heal (it’s a “burn”). You can make it hurt less with aloe vera gel..and it feels good if you keep it in the refer, and put it on cold.

Like the others said use aloe vera gel, which will make it hurt less and it should peel within a few days. Also if you do need to go out in the sun make sure that you wear lots of sunscreen.

Put vinegar on it! That’ll get rid of the burning feeling you’ll get and will help tone down the bright red color.

Ice, a good aftersun lotion and aloe vera seems to do the trick. Unfortunately it is going to take at least some time to heal properly. Make sure that you avoid the sun and stay away from hot baths - cold showers are the best until it is healed, else you could just worsen it.

Something i grew up doing is take a bath in tea. i know it sound odd but it makes the pain go away and most of the redness. what you do is you fill abath about halfwaqy to 3/4 of the way with water and you put around 20 to30 tea bags in thebath and let it sit for about 5 minutes. then lay in the tub. you stay in therefor about 20 - 30 minutes and when you get out mot of your sunburn should be gone. i know this sounds weird but it works i swear. oh and you can use any kind of tea bags but the darker ones work better like ice tea tea bags and black tea tea bags
