What would be suitable, makeup wise, for a family dinner party?

Any suggestions? I’m wearing a beige top with a humming-bird on it and his wings are sparkly and red-ish brown skinny jeans and brown boots. If it helps, my eyes are blue and I recently dyed my hair a chestnut brown.

The dinner party is at a Chinese restaurant. My WHOLE family (there’s a lot of us) and I are having this party to see my aunt who has just recently come home from Australia for a visit. And so, if you guys could REALLY help me, I would REALLY appreciate that! =)

how about a natural look with a summer touch which means foundation with a lil bronzer on you chek bones , lil on your chin and nose and forhead also natural colour eye shadows x

Answer #2

Light makeup

Answer #3

brown eye liner, foundation(if you need some), some blush and a nutrual eyeshadow

Answer #4

I think you should keep it simple. Mascara, light eyeliner, skin-toned eyeshadow, and don’t overdo the foundation. (:

Answer #5

If you are not a usual make up wearer just do a light routine of mascara, lip gloss, and a bit of eye liner. If you are a heavy makeup wearer do your normal makeup but maybe tone it done a bit.

Answer #6

Light brown shadow, and dark brown in the crease (kinda like a brown smokey eye.) Either black or dark brown eyeliner, whichever you prefer, just on the top lid. Wing out the eyeliner if you know how. Contour your cheeks with either blush or bronzer. Lip gloss. And Black Mascara on the top (and bottom if you want, depends on your eye shape)

And whatever other makeup you usually do, like if you use foundation or powder, and if you define your eyebrows)

Answer #7

Thank you guys so much! =) So I kinda rounded it all off to the whole natural look with brown-ish eye shadow =) <3

Answer #8

i’d say natural, just a bit of foundation, concealer if you need it, maybe a light dusting of powder, eyelinerr, mascara and some lip balm:)

Answer #9

You don’t need the whole program listed above- eye liner, shadow, and mascara. You could just apply (moisturizer of course), eye liner, and lip gloss, and still look fabulous!

Have fun with makeup! dont let people force their opinions on you!*Remember; makeup is meant to highlight your features, not cover them up.

As long its not a Adam Ant creation at a dinner party personally i think you can do anything :)
