stuffy noseee!

hey my mom has a rele stuffy nose (lol) she keeps blowing it but its still stuffy, any good tips to make her nose more… un-stuffy? thnxx

Vicks vapor rub, put some on her lip under the hostrils and even a LITTLE bit right inside each nostril Helps a lot, particularly when trying to sleep and can be used as often as needed.

Also, using a saline nasal spray (Ocean or the store brand) helps. This also can be used as often as needed.

Take a hot shower. Did you ever hear of a neti pot? It’s better than allergy meds.

She may need a nasal decongestant. She can use one of the over-the-counter nasal inhalers to help open up the nasal passages, but if it’s an ongoing problem, she should see her doctor and have her sinuses looked at.
