I have a stuffy nose. Would it be better to lie on my back, or my belly?
if your nose is plugged heres a trick to clear it. push the back of your tongue against the roof of your mouth and while doing this press right between your eyebrows firmly but not tooo hard lol. yeah this should clear in 20 mins or less. I read it online lol and it worked for me
I would say your back so you can still breath and then the mucus will drain down more, if your on your stomach it might be harder to breath and Im sure its already hard enough without a good nose to use
