Do some serious self examination, and get to the bottom of what is REALLY bothering you….It’s very hard on relationships, if you take easy route, and take your frustrations out on your partner.

yeahhh, since they are the people i love, and i know they will come back.. i seem to always bring my anger out on them, and i want to stop..

Umm lets see.. Maybe go to the spa, and relax. Sometimes that helps calm you down. Just keep your calm and talk it through. Works for me, and my boyfriend.

show them u love them by doing chores for your mum, helping your dad out in the garden, etc..this is how i was when i got bullied at school cos i bottled up all my feelings at school and such..

If u feel like you’re ready to flip out, (I’m doing it at the moment and it’s working like a charm) try to walk out of the situation, but if it’s conference time and you can’t, simply nod and pretend to agree with what they’re saying, no matter HOW hard it can be..

This comes even easier with age, and with age comes maturity.
