I am so insecure of fair-skinned girls! I am from the Philippines and here, people are more attracted to fair-skinned people. UNFORTUNATELY I AM NOT FAIR-SKINNED (I USED TO BE). I really fee so unfair because I dont look that attractive because of my skin color (my skin turned tan when I grew up) when in fact I am pretty. I AM SO CRAZY ABOUT THIS WHOLE THING THAT I WANT TO UNDERGO A SKIN WHITENING PROCEDURE RIGHT NOW! But I'm still too young (im 18) and I have no money. I really want to be whiter...
It makes me sad when people say and feel things that you are right now. Everybody is beautiful in their own unique way. In my family, everyone is darker and I'm the oddball. I'm fair skinned, so I get constantly made fun of, being called white, being told I'm ''not even considered mexican'',etc. It's a little discouraging, but it doesn't get to me anymore. I embrace my skin color. I'm Irish also, and proud of it. You work your skin color... don't ever let anyone talk down to you... you are who you are, and beautiful... unique is good!!! Why would you want to conform? Be yourself... stand out. Seriously. Wanting a procedure is insane.. like I said.. embrace your skin
There are millions of women in the world that spend thousands of dollars every year trying to get their skin tanned. Be glad that you have beautiful skin and love yourself for YOU! I bet there are be so many guys that would drop what they are doing just to ask for your number. Be confident in your skin because it's YOUR skin!! Think- come Summer, you will have a tan without trying! You'll look HOT on the beaches on the very first day of Summer! and even in winter you'll look like you just got back from an overseas sunny holiday! I think you are so lucky to have tanned skin. I bet you are beautiful just the way you are!!!
I know. I visited Thailand last year, and there was a whole aisle in the department store that had skin whitening creams.
The thing is that there is subtle racism in that culture, but you have to just ignore it. It gets better as you get older and more confident, then you will begin to really like who you are.
I never had that problem having grown up in a country with a majority black skin color. But when I moved to the states, even in my 20's I felt a little inferior.
Now, damn, I know for a fact that I'm better than everyone else. LOL
there are tanning mouisturisers and if u use a lighter 1, it will slowly make it lighter but if your pretty, u can use ur skin as an asset to stand out and get noticed more then people will look closer at u then others and see how gorgeous u r
Well to do do it naturally just wear long sleeved clothing and pants when you go out, it will get you whiter or at least not get you to tan.
But you shouldnt because tan girls are gorgeous!
